Francesca Hector holds an MA (Hons) in English Literature and Italian from the University of Edinburgh, and is currently completing an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology with the Alef Trust/ Middlesex University.
Her interests include embodied spirituality, consciousness and the sacred feminine, participatory research, and their application in personal and social transformation. She has a background in the Holistic Transformation approach of Estel Centre of Integral Studies, Kundalini Yoga (KRI Level 2), and Karam Kriya spiritual numerology, and enjoys expressive dance, art, and intercultural dialogue.
Francesca coordinates a range of community, communications and administrative processes for Alef Trust. These include The Alef Field digital magazine, as well as looking after the Alef Alumni and Open Learning community. She is coordinator for Alef Trust’s Conscious Community project, which aims to empower Alef students, faculty and alumni in their efforts to facilitate global change projects.
She also supports Alef Trust directors Les Lancaster and Jessica Bockler in their company-wide work.
