PhD research

This investigation is emerging from an increasing field of transdisciplinary awareness of human potential for holistic transformation and sustainability in response to global crises of disconnection from our basic needs, each other, and the planetary ecosystem of which we are part. It is grounded in the exploration of a transpersonal understanding of human intelligences and multiple ways of knowing and being, as well as the possibility of not knowing. Together with the holistic change facilitators who participate in this inquiry, Francesca’s intention is to identify and share insights into the multidimensional processes that are unfolding within social change projects and the underlying conditions that may contribute to enabling holistic change.
