Programme overview

A lived journey home to yourself, your body, and the Earth

Finding Your Ground in Turbulent Times is an 8-week course and rite of passage for anyone feeling the call to land safely back into their body, back into contact with the Earth and back in relationship with Life.

If you are feeling the need for more grounding — if you’re either too full up with the chaotic energies of these times, or somewhat scattered and fragmented — then this is an embodied journey back to living deeply in relationship with yourself as an Earth being. Welcome.

Synopsis

Why this — why now?

We live in the most ungrounded times humanity may ever have experienced. Disconnected physically from the Earth by concrete and steel, psychologically through the dominance of abstract thinking in the age of digital distraction, and spiritually through the deep-seated stories of separation we tell each other from generation to generation.

We’re stuck in or above our heads in clouds of anxious rumination — feeling disconnected from our bodies, our communities, the places we inhabit and the Earth at large.

But there is a simple and profoundly natural path back to connection, coherence, peace and flow. This course is a rite of passage that will take you through a process of embodied remembrance of your true nature as Nature.

The course unfolds over 8 weeks of self-paced material, with one year of bonus bi-monthly live integration sessions throughout and ongoing. You retain ongoing access to all course materials.

Live Zoom sessions are held every two months with the course facilitators. Dates will be confirmed at enrolment.
