A warm welcome from our Founding Director

Dear Applicant,

You have arrived at the applications site for Alef Trust’s Open Learning Programmes, and we look forward to receiving your application shortly.

The Alef Trust was established in 2012 to facilitate the delivery of high-quality global education programmes in areas we perceive to be of vital importance for human flourishing. Our learning community operates in the context of the profound interconnectedness of all systems—human, technological, ecological, planetary.

As an open learning student, you will be sampling the course alongside master’s students. Our Open Learning programmes are for students interested in exploring the same topics in consciousness, spirituality and transpersonal psychology we cover in our Master’s degree programme, but without having to commit to the full university enrolment process or submitting assignments.

Access the links on the right-hand side of this page to discover more information about our programmes and what studying with the Alef Trust is all about.

Click on the “COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION” button on top of the right-hand side to access the application form.

We look forward to receiving your application and hope that we may be able to facilitate your future development through transformational online learning.

Successful applicants will become a part of this global community and we look forward to supporting you in your projects and seeing your vision flourish.

Open Learning courses include interactive live webinars, extensive learning resources, and asynchronous discussion forums for exploring your chosen topics with your tutors and peers. All live sessions are recorded, so you can watch them at your convenience. As an Open Learner, you are able to go at your own pace.

Applications for the February 2024 courses open in November 2023. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as programmes frequently fill before the February start.

Studying as an Open Learner is an excellent strategy if you wish to experience studying in the Alef Trust community prior to deciding to commit to the full MSc. Please note that the modules in Approaches to Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology cannot count as credits towards the MSc programme, as the MSc module includes additional components. If you are considering applying for the MSc or would like any further information, please contact Nick Theo immediately ().

Please contact Francesca Hector (francesca.hector@aleftrust.org) for any further information.
