Imagine who you are when your whole being awakens.
Feel the clarity and full aliveness that comes from stepping into your potential fully, leading more effectively and having more impact in a way that transforms your life, your work, and your relationships.
And yet it’s easy to get stuck in certain patterns, old stories and ways of being that make it harder to get to the next level…in life and work.
You’ve hit a plateau…and frankly it’s frustrating. And it’s impacting your life.
Like so many of us, you may feel like you’re living solely from the neck up…disconnected from the rest of yourself… like our culture teaches us.
This neglects the intelligence of our whole being—and leaves our higher potential and gifts lying dormant and untapped.
Attention Strategies gives you a simple map to find these hidden resources–and shows you the breakthrough skill of transforming the way you use your attention.
The concepts and processes behind Attention Strategies have been studied scientifically, and are at the cutting edge of research into attention and states of consciousness.
These science-based skills enable you to learn and practice mindfulness meditation confidently in just three hours
When the attention shifts to the physical sensations of your body, the way opens for creativity, inspiration, and greater resilience.
As your mind quiets you learn to notice where you sit inside your body…this gives you access to new ways of being you.
Learning how to move your attention within yourself is one of the most powerful tools for transforming your everyday experience and activating your hidden resources.
Once you master moving your attention, you will learn how to use the Attention Strategies mindfulness map to navigate quickly and easily to the inner state of mindfulness.

It isn’t just my thinking that has changed but I can sense the change in my body. I am much more aware of energy, of how I’m feeling. Getting to Core brings me back to a feeling of being calm and clear, and I feel like I’m the one in charge of my life.
One of the main values for me is how simple it is—how plain the language it is. The idea of mapping attention from the inside—that it regulates not only how we feel but how we make other people feel—gives me real inner freedom. It cracks the code in a way that everyone can understand.
I came to this work with the desire for deeper self-discovery, and when I experienced how powerful it was, I thought, WOW, this is the real deal. If I am really going to go deep, this is the way to do it. I live a more authentic, truthful life—my best life…I’m more in flow, I sit deeper in myself, and I make better decisions. I’m naturally a strong communicator, but I’m 800x better because of these skills.
The effect on the way I interact in the world has really been profound. I am able to adjust my boundaries to the situation, I know where to go inside myself for more focus and concentration, what to access when I feel disconnected, and where to find my inner strength.
It’s like handing somebody a Swiss Army Knife or an iPhone, something that is really potent, that they can develop on their own. It’s rich, but it fosters self-development and integration because it’s at the intersection of the physical and emotional and spiritual and intellectual.
Attention Strategies is like adding an extra sense … my body was speaking to me before, but I wasn’t in it. I feel like it has hyper-developed my intuition. It helps me focus and quiet my mind from spinning stories. Life-changing!
