Psychosynthesis is a Transpersonal psychology that includes the spiritual dimension of the human being in its approach to mental health and personal growth.

In this three-hour workshop you will discover how Psychosynthesis can help you to understand yourself more clearly and navigate the challenges that life can bring.

Psychosynthesis is a psychology in tune with the spirit of our times – asking us to go beyond our individual concerns to a concern for all humanity and the planet, echoing a statement from The Institute of Psychosynthesis: “Psychosynthesis is not a series of techniques to be learnt, it is a psychology for life and a context from which to live. It honors every one of us as spiritual beings on a journey towards the awakening of our true nature, going from our own more selfish concerns towards those of the wider human family, all life and our environment.”

If these ideas inspire you and you want to pursue the quest for greater understanding of yourself and what part you can play in the wider scheme of things, then this workshop is for you.

Over the course of three hours you will learn about the aims, history and evolution of Psychosynthesis. You will be introduced to its powerful model of the human being and the five realms of consciousness we inhabit. You’ll undertake an exercise to experience these realms and then you will explore the topic of the multiplicity of the self, looking at the cast of inner characters that exists within your psyche.

This workshop is for those who are new to the field of personal growth and psychology, and who want to find purpose and meaning in a life well lived. But it is equally a workshop for those who have already trained in other kinds of therapy or psychology, and who would like to develop their skills and understanding of one of the most well-known and established schools of Transpersonal Psychology.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to the experiential and participatory nature of this 3-hour online workshop, it will not be recorded. Active participation from attendees is a key part of the session, and to ensure a confidential space, we kindly ask that only those who can attend live register for this event.

Please note that in contrast, all webinars within the 10-month psychosynthesis course will be recorded. These recordings are shared exclusively with participants, who commit to a confidentiality agreement at the start of the course.
