Hennie shares his passion for holistic and integral approaches to health and wellbeing which consider the whole person and larger context in the diagnosis and treatment of illness. He describes his view of integrative medicine as cross-disciplinary, including psychology and physical medicine as well as transpersonal coaching and spiritual approaches. “Integrative healthcare is the coming together of various disciplines, which also makes it an exciting area in which to work,” he adds.
This course covers theories and models, but more importantly focuses on applications for healthcare providers, coaches, therapists, counsellors, spiritual guides, or any of the range of practitioners who work with or are interested in the mind-body-spirit paradigm, and what this means in practice.
