Enrolment is still open for the Alef Trust Certificate (one-year course) in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology, which begins in February. This integrative approach draws from the fields of Transpersonal Psychology, applied mindfulness practices and the holistic aspects of NLP to hone the skill of facilitating a context for transformation. In this short Transpersonal Tuesday Vlog, Course leader Jevon Dängeli offers some insights into the programme, in conversation with Jessica Bockler. Tune in to hear how transpersonal coaching differs to other types of coaching, its expansive embodied awareness and experience of relational space. Jevon also shares why he feels passionate about this work, and recent feedback from a course participant.
“This course aims to equip individuals, whether they have a background in coaching or not and are starting fresh in a new career direction, with appropriate skills to facilitate change at the levels where it matters most so that clients get what they are looking for. We offer a unique set of skills and processes that are not known in conventional or traditional types of coaching that provide clients with opportunities to change their states and perspectives, bringing more resourceful ones to the presenting challenges of life so they can re-engage with a new level of resourcefulness to move in the direction that is most fulfilling,” Jevon explains.
“We can use these techniques for working on ourselves, which is always valuable, and it also seems very relevant in our world today. It feels like we need to be much more open and receptive to other perspectives in order to address the societal challenges that are before us,” adds Jessica.
The course meets the criteria for accreditation by the International Association of Coaches, Therapists and Mentors. On successful completion, participants receive an Alef Trust certificate in Transpersonal Coaching Psychology. Please contact our registrar Nick Theo ([email protected]) or use our contact form if you have any queries and would like to apply to start in February.
